Have fun with this pattern! It’s designed to be stitched on 28 count linen or evenweave. The finished design measuring 17.3cm x 14cm (6.82” x 5.54”). The fun part is using some of the fun fabric and threads you have in your stash or you’ve been eyeing off for some time.
This pattern is part of a series I’m creating for the fitness phenetics who may be in your life. Or, you may be like me and always on the lookout for sayings and mantras to keep you motivated during a run, when you really just want to stop. So why not turn some of them into cross stitch patterns!
