Description
This project is based upon a photograph I took of a flower that was in the garden of my holiday home. It was late afternoon and the colours looked beautiful in the limited light. I’ve called this the pink bottle brush because I remember the true name of the flower, even though I’ve been told the real name of it many times by close friends who are avid gardeners!
The test stitch for this project has been done on black, 14 count Aida and it looks amazing because of how well the colours pop on the dark fabric. The stitch area is also significantly reduced to 100 by 128 stitches, especially if you choose to stitch it on small count fabric ranging from 30 to 40 count.
The other great thing with this pattern is that it’s in PDF format and available to you straight after you purchase it, because it’s fully compatible with Pattern Keeper!
